Reserve a Space

We welcome School and Community groups, and local businesses
to participate in the Community Tailgate and Back to School Kickoff. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Food trucks with food available for purchase.

• School/community groups/businesses will be responsible for suppling their own table (no bigger than 6ft) and chairs, as well as canopy or covering no larger than 10x10 (if desired)

• School/community groups/businesses:

  • • We encourage you to have a game at your booth to add to the fun. 

    • Student/school groups may sell spirit wear for your organization. 

    • All organizations may also sell snacks/food - but please review sign up sheet to see what foods and/or games are already being done - this will avoid repeat items so that all groups have a chance to make a few dollars at the event if they choose. Remember we are trying to make this family friendly and affordable event for all!
